World Tour of Books: Purchase Report

Fill out this form if you bought one of my books and would like to have your country added to my World Tour by Books: Results page.

If you are the first person from your country, I will—if you wish—link to a photo of yours from your local area that is shared on a site such as Flickr, morgueFile, or Blipfoto. If you're a microstock photographer, this could also include sites like Shutterstock.

Your name (in the format you provide) will be listed along with your country, the book(s) you purchased, and your optional photo link.

Please enter your name the way you would like it to be displayed. Examples: J. Smith, or John S. in Texas, or Ms. Jane Smith
If you bought more than one, you can select multiple titles -- and thanks!
This should be a photo that you took, in the area near your home (but not of your actual residence). I reserve the right to not link to photos if I am uncertain of the hosting environment and/or if the content of the photo may be objectionable. Photos that are not "family friendly" by my local standards will not be included.
This is only in case I have any questions or concerns about the information you submit. Your address will NOT be added to my mailing list, unless you do that separately such as via the Fan Newsletter link above.
