My fiction writings include short stories, novels, and "sorta-poetry." A couple pieces of "sorta-poetry" have been turned into song lyrics by those with more musical talent than I could ever hope for, but no, you haven't heard them on the radio. I do not currently have plans to post entire novels here, but I do have some short stories online. Check the navigation links for story titles.

Novels

Speaking of novels, the following is a quick run-down of where I am in my novel writing. Books are numbered instead of being listed by titles, because titles would be subject to change anyway.

Book 1: Fantasy; first draft completed. Written during 9th and 10th grade, no plans to do anything with it.

Book 2: Fantasy; first draft completed. Written during 11th and 12th grade, no plans to do anything with it.

Book 3: Sci-Fi; first draft completed. Written in a few months shortly after graduation from high school. Would like to publish or turn into a screenplay, but would need a vast amount of work. No current action being taken.

Book 4: Sci-Fi; first draft in progress. Started during US Air Force Basic Training. Would like to complete but have forgotten many of my plans for it. Also at an emotionally-difficult part of the book that I have not been able to work past. No current action being taken.

Book 5: Fantasy; third draft completed, reader reviews received, fourth draft in progress. Written while serving in US Air Force, spanning two duty stations (one in England, one in West Germany). Would like to publish and/or turn into a screenplay. Currently working (slowly) on fourth draft.

Book 6: Fantasy; first draft in progress. Started while serving US Air Force. Plan to complete first draft. Would like to publish and/or turn into a screenplay. Currently working (slowly) on first draft.

Book 7: Fantasy; first draft in progress. Started as my project for NaNoWriMo 2006. Plan to complete first draft. Would like to publish and/or turn into a screenplay. Indirectly has earned over $12 via the vidcast I created about it. Currently working (slowly) on first draft.
